Special Note : बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन करने वाले खिलाडियों  का सिलेक्शन DCS SPORTS ACADEMY में किया जायेगा  ! Selected खिलाडियों को अकैडमी की और से 1 साल तक फ्री Professional  Training  करवाई जाएगी !

   General Guideline 

• Event में भाग लेने के लिए Online  Registration  करवाना अनिवार्य है जिसकी Last Date 24 अक्टूबर 2024 है ! Offline Registration  करवाने के लिए खिलाडियों को Reporting Time से 2 घंटे पहले पहुंचना होगा !

• सभी  को Registration Formभरकर साथ लेकर आना है ! Registration Form Download करने का लिंक निचे दिया गया है !

• एक खिलाड़ी अपनी Age Group और अपने Age Group से बड़े Age Group में हिस्सा ले सकता है! एक खिलाड़ी कितने भी Event में हिस्सा ले सकता है। हर Event की फीस अलग अलग लगेगी! 

• अगर कोई भी Institute\School\Academy अपनी 20 से ज्यादा खिलाडियों को एक साथ लेकर आती है तो वो Team Registration Form भी साथ भर कर लाये ! Team लेकर आने वाले कोच या टीम मेनेजर को विशेष सम्मान  और Surprise Gift दिया जायेगा ! 

• Registration Form के साथ Aadhar Card लगाना अनिवार्य है !  Date Of Birth Verification के लिए निचे दिए गये Documents में से को एक Document  ( Aadhar Card के अलावा) Registration Form के  साथ  लगाना आवश्यक है   !

•  Original Documents Verification के लिए साथ लेकर आने है ! 

• Registration Form पर फोटो लगा होना चाहिए ! 1 फोटो साथ लेकर आना है

3. 10TH & 12TH DMC\MARK SHEET
4. SCHOOL ID CARD (for school team students only)
5.  Voter Card
6.  Passport  

• Athletes & Team Will Be allotted the slot on a first come & first serve basis
• Team Must Have Coach OR Manager along with.
• Athletes Should Have been in Proper Sports KIT.
• Team Will Only be Confirmed Once the registration fee payment and procedure is completed.
• Registration Fees in non refundable.
• All participants must adhere to the rules of fair play and sportsmanship
• Prohibited Substances: The use of any prohibited substances, including but not limited to performance-enhancing drugs, is strictly prohibited. Any participant found to be in violation of this rule will be subject to disqualification and may face additional penalties.
• • Official Decisions: All official decisions made by race organizers or officials are final and binding.
• DCS Sports Academy & their Coaches, Official, Team Members & Other Partners will not be responsible for any accident of mishap or casualty during games and travelling. I agree to pay his non-refundable registration and entry fees for the games.
